A HISTORY OF
TRADELIO Tradelio unites the strengths, qualities and specialisations of
three Belgian meat product manufacturers, Karnex, Ste Rita and Debo.
| 1962 | Karnex is established by André Vanden Borre, producer of meat products using regional recipes.
| | 1963 | Ste Rita established by Jean Van Erps, specialist in the production of cooked hams.
| | 1973 | Debo established by Willy De Boom, exporting producer of top quality pâtés.
| | 1970 | Export started.
| | 1985 | Development of hams "in trunk" that are twice as long as traditional hams and characterised by minimal slicing loss. Start of custom production under private label. | | 1992 | Co-founder of the quality label Masterly.
| | 2003 | Karnex takes over Ste Rita, closely followed by Debo
| | 2007 | Tradelio established. | | 2008 | BRC-certification.
